Just checking in with news and events for the yarns, it has been a truly busy summer with lots of good things happening.
This Saturday, the 19th, I will be at Ginger’s Quilt Shoppe, in Upland @ Dewey and Foothill for the Anniversary Sale. I will bring lots of yarn, patterns, and several skeins that are original, one of a kind creations. These are only available at shows, or workshops. These are skeins that I paint at the time I am painting to fill orders for stores, and thus, they coordinate perfectly with the yarns in my color palette.
Please come by Ginger’s Saturday to share in the celebration of her third anniversary. It promises to be a great time with food, entertainment, a sale, and some special interest fiber folks,
Ginger’s address is, 1120 Dewey Way, Upland 909-920-3099 wwwgingersquiltshoppe.com

Graciously, Larene invited me to the Houston International Quilt Market as one of her preferred sources for use with her patterns. So, in early October the yarn, my sweetie and I will be on our way to this really wonderful show and opportunity for Red Barn Yarn to be seen by lots of shop owners.
New patterns are being developed and should be available by early October. I will post those on the web site as soon as they are finalized. I am working closely with Feza Yarns in the development of some designs. Feza has wonderful fancy yarns, each skein has a variety of different yarns, all coordinating, so you have a great assortment of texture and color to incorporate in your project.
